What is the Singapore Parties Hop on Hop off party bus about? |
Singapore Parties is proud to be the main organizer for Singapore's first and official Hop on Hop off party bus, this is in collaboration with main partners Cityours.sg as the official party bus provider and Plaster Fun House as the official sponsor.

What do you mean this is the first of its kind? |
Currently no companies or operators provide such a service like ours. We are also the only ones to be using an open top double decker bus, hence providing an un-paralleled experience.

How does the Singapore Parties Hop on Hop off party bus work? |
Guests will be able to hop on and hop off to a number of event venues when booking one of the Singapore Parties Party Bus. Please select your package on the right hand side to begin planning your party. A release Form must be signed by each and every guests prior to entry on the Singapore Parties party bus.

What is the release form all about? |
A release form is a document that every guests will have to sign prior to entering the Singapore Parties party bus. The form will indicate that Singapore Parties is not responsible nor liable for any of the guests during the event. It will also indicate general terms and conditions.

What if I refuse to fill out the form? |
Failure to complete the form, the guests will not be permitted to journey with Singapore Parties, ticket will not be provided - No refunds, nor compensation or any form of re-imbursement will be provided for such incidents.

Can I go into any venue I want during the night even if these venues are not on the itinerary? |
The tickets will be serialized and showcase the logos of the participating venues of that particular event date, with the date of event also. As such should such individual try their luck, they will not get to enjoy the privileges at any other venue unless it is part of the itinerary indicated on the ticket provided.

What is the value of the Singapore Parties Hop on Hop off Party Bus? |
Simple, save the hassle of driving from A to B, no need to find
parking space or control how much you're drinking. Purely party all
night.
Get total VIP access and treatment, get into the TOP nightspots by
jumping the queue, all cover charges are paid for.
Receive welcome drinks as well, and return party treats like a
complimentary drink coupons and VIP entry Passes worth over S$50 per
person. The total value is worth over S$140+ per person with the
food, not including the saving on transport, taxi fares and car
parking and fuel for those that drive.
Corporate companies even get dedicated table space for up to 2 hours
at EACH and EVERY venue they get to party at - fantastic.

What is the dress code? |
All
guests must be dressed in casual smart example shirt, jeans and
sneakers ok.
No sandles, no slippers, no flip flops, no Bermudas, no shorts, no
caps are allowed.
Venue Rules apply - party gear is permitted
Items permitted include: Party Hats, Bunny ears, devil party horns -
but please be aware that venue rules do apply and should you be
asked to remove them you will need to respect the venue's requests
otherwise you not be permitted to enter their venue.

What is the minimum age to book or board the Singapore Parties bus? |
18 years of age and above for everyone - please note that some venues do not accept guys below 23 years of age.; venue rules apply passport and IC checks will be made prior to entering the bus - copies must be submitted to Singapore Parties prior to confirmed bookings.

Do I need to bring my passport or IC with me on the day of the event? |
Due
to venue rules and local laws, we must ensure that all guests on
board our bus is of legal drinking age. Every guests must present
their IC or passport prior to entering the bus.
For security reasons copies of ICs and Passport must be provided
prior to any events as well. No bookings will be entertained failure
to provide the appropriate documentation prior to the actual event.

What if I forgot my passport or IC? |
We are sorry to say that should any guests fail to provide their IC or passport will not be permitted to enter the vehicle - even if one of guests looks above 18, it is important for security reasons and to avoid local triads, or terrorists entering the vehicle - to prove the person who booked the seat is the same person attending the event, no refunds will be entertained for failing to show the passport.

What is "Venue Subject to availability" |
A venue may be booked for a private function by another third party, hence we are not able to always guarantee event venues will always be available.

All types of event venues are included as part of the packages, alfresco venues, live music entertainment venues, bars, clubs, pubs, microbreweries, Latin, Afro Cuban, salsa venues & many more types, view our partners page here

How does booking a Singapore Parties hop on hop off party bus package work? |
Upon
receiving your enquiries we will call up the venues to ensure their
availability. Once they confirm we can proceed and bring your guests
to their venue we will notify you.
In case of emergencies, if a venue is not able to entertain your
booking after a paid booking Singapore Parties will provide you with
alternative venues to choose from at no additional charge - refunds
will not be entertained at this stage. We will only provide a
compensation of 50% refund if a venue fails to notify us that it was
closed down for a private event prior to the event and this occurred
during the night of your event only.

Will my guests be provided with dedicated space at each venue when I book the Singapore Parties hop on hop off party bus? |
Corporate companies will be provided with up to 2 hours of table
space at each and every venue. Please note that table space may not
be equivalent to the total number of corporate guests but sufficient
space will be provided to ensure companies are satisfied with the
service provided by the event venues.
All other bookings will be provided with private table space at the
event venue booked as "food reservation" only. For all other event
venues guests can go in and sit wherever they please, no additional
private seating will be provided.

When I book for a private hire, must all the venues be in the same location? |
Companies and individuals are free to choose their own venues. All venues can be in the same location. As the tickets provided will only have the logos of the event venue of that particular event, guests will only be able to enjoy the freebies at the participating venue as per indicated on the ticket only.

How many hours will the Singapore Parties Hop on Hop off party bus run for? |
Itineraries will begin at 6pm and the bus will drop off guests at the last point at 2am. Bus will be available for hire at S$199/hour++

How many event venues are included in the Singapore Parties Hop on Hop off party bus itinerary? |
The
number of venues will vary depending on the type of packages you
choose. We recommend up to four so that you get to enjoy all the
venues to their fullest, five is possible but a bit rushed, we
recommend booking the bus for an additional hour for all additional
venues you may want to include in your itinerary.
YES Itineraries are customizable subject to availability of the
venues. No additional charge will be incur.

How often will the Itinerary for the Singapore Parties Hop on hop off party bus be updated? |

Can I choose to go to event venues that are not participating in the Singapore Parties hop on hop off party bus? |
YES individuals and companies are welcome to select their own venues which are not participating event venues with Singapore Parties hop on hop off party bus. This option is only available upon private hire only.

How much will it cost if I want to include non Singapore Parties venues into my own itinerary instead of venues presented by Singapore Parties? |
We
will simply charge S$199 per hour for bus rental and waive S$20 per
person for each venue that was forfeited off the total package
price.
Example Live music package for 26 guests - Weekday:
7pm to 8pm Venue non related to Singapore Parties 9pm to 2am SP
venues
= $88 - S$20 = S$68 x 26 guests +199 x 1hour = S$1967 instead of UP
S$2288.
The organizer must coordinate them-selves any special privileges,
print and organize their own drink/food coupons for all venues that
are part of the Singapore Parties Hop on Hop off party bus program

Can I book my own bus directly with Citytours to organise my own private hop on hop off party bus/pub crawls similar to those organized and or presented by Singapore Parties? |
Companies & individuals are not permitted to hire a vehicle from
Citytours for a similar reason as packages provided and or organized
by Singapore Parties, or hire a vehicle to create private or
corporate hop on hop off party tours/events with intent to
participate with venues that may or may not be partners or clients
with Singapore Parties, this includes any form of pub crawls.
A fee to Singapore Parties of S$5000 will apply for each vehicle
hired for similar intent upon each hire by third parties & valid
throughout Citytours & Singapore Parties collaboration if caught.

What is the value of the complimentary drinks and entry passes when booking a Singapore Parties party bus? |
The
value for guests with the complimentary welcome drinks, one for one
promotions, jump the queue VIP access and return treats including
complimentary welcome drinks, entry VIP passes is valued between
S$2,000.00 to S$3,000.00 per group of 38 guests.
This does not include the value of jumping the queue, saving money
on taxis or buses, nor car park fees for those that drive or the
fact that the food will only cost S$10 nett with Singapore Parties
with one soft drink instead of usual price S$20++ and more.

When will I receive my complimentary welcome drinks &VIP entry access passes? |
Individuals and companies will be provided with a special ticket that will contain coupons for the welcome drink on the night of the event it-self after signing the release form. No upfront tickets & coupons will be provided.

How can I redeem my complimentary welcome drinks, VIP Entry passes and Return visit treats? |
Guests will be able to show their coupon directly at the Bar to redeem their items. The coupon will need to be detached from the ticket and given to the bar tender prior to any items being served.

How long is the ticket & coupons valid for? |
The date of validity will be printed on the each ticket and coupon

Will I get a complimentary first drink and entry VIP pass at every venue? |
VIP
"jump the Queue" access pass will be provided at all outlets that
usually require a cover charge. The entry will be waived and guests
will be able to walk right in. The first complimentary drink will
depend on the event venue. Some event venues will provide it upon
for first purchase or "one for one"; others will provide it upon
arrival without the need of purchase.
The venue has the final say for all promotional items - the items
which coupons are exchangeable may change, as such Singapore Parties
is not responsible nor liable for such changes prior and after a
confirmed booking.

Can a Venue deny me entry and decide not to serve me even if I have a valid coupon? |
Yes, and Singapore Parties is not responsible nor liable should such incident occur.
|
Can I purchase individual tickets for the Singapore Parties Hop on Hop off party bus? |
Individual tickets are not available for purchase yet. Guests will be able to choose between Weekday and or Weekend tickets. Tickets for one ad hoc events will also be made available for purchase as off when an event is organized - sign up for our newsletter to be the first to get the announcement!

When I book a Singapore Parties party bus for private hire with less than 26 guests, will I be provided with extra tickets? |
No, individuals and companies that wish to purchase the party bus for private usage for 26 guests and below will not be provided with any additional tickets even though to book the a Singapore Parties party bus the cost must be at least 26 guests or equivalent to 26 guests.

How can I book the Singapore Parties hop on hop off party bus for private hire? |
Simply send us an enquiry and a member of Singapore Parties will follow up directly with you. Private hire must be 26 guests or higher. Should guests wish to purchase a package for under 26 guests, companies and individuals booking the package will be charged at a minimum rate equivalent to 26 guests.

What are the payment terms? |
50% to confirm a booking. 50% 5 days prior to the event. 25% of the total booking is non refundable.

Can I bring my own food on board the Singapore Parties Hop on Hop off party bus? |
Food is forbidden on the bus, guests carrying food risk being escorted off the Singapore Parties Party bus

Can I bring my own drinks on board the Singapore Parties Hop on Hop off party bus? |
No, alcohol is not allowed, guests may bring in a closed cap bottle of water, soft drink or juice only. Guests found with alcohol on the Singapore Parties hop on hop off party bus risk being escorted off the bus.

Can I regurgitate on the Bus? |
No, this is not allowed. Guests must notify the respective party on the bus, either your team leader, our party host or driver to stop the bus or rick to pay a fine of S$250 per person that fails to do so prior to regurgitation.

Can I smoke on the Singapore Parties hop on hop off party bus? |
Smoking is not permitted the Singapore Parties bus, guests caught smoking risk being escorted off.

Do you have Hen party and or Stag party packages for the party bus? |

Can I have a dancer on the bus for my private stag or hen parties? |
Yes you can, we either supply one for you or you may supply one yourself. During the performance of the danser the bus will need to stop as we will need to block off the windows for privacy. By law the bus cannot be driving if the windows are covered.

What other type of packages do you provide? |
We try to provide as many different types of event party bus packages to suit everyone's needs including a very popular is our world live tour where we bring groups of guests to sample music performed by international and local artists sampling some mando/canto pop, afro Cuban music, rock, and some jazz as well.

Can I rent a Second Bus? |
Buses are subject to availability, we will try our best to provide a second bus but we try not to encourage it due to operational restrictions as some venues have large queues and may find it difficult to deal with the sudden surge of "jump the queue" guests at the door, which is why we try to restrict the total number per booking to 55 guests only.

The bus can accommodate 55 guests.

What type of bus is the Singapore Parties hop on hop off party bus? |
The bus is the Open top FunVee bus provided by our official party bus partners Citytours. IT is equipped with a stereo system and microphone.

Does the bus come with a tour guide or Party Host? |
YES all bookings come with a complimentary tour guide or party host, customers can choose which one is best suited for their party or event needs.

What happens if I or one of our guests cannot make the event will I be refunded the individual ticket price? |
No, Singapore Parties is not provided to give any refunds, compensation of any kind what so ever prior, during, and or after the event for any reasons at all.
