10.00am                             Arrival at the Jurong BirdPark

Start your BirdPark visit with a refreshing-walk through the lovely Palm Plaza Garden, let the greenery immerse you with its enchanting exotic palm trees.  Catch the sight of the lovely black swans and a happy duck family living harmoniously, paddling together in their cozy pond!

10.00- 10.20am                       Make your way to the award –winning exhibit Lory Loft via the BirdPark’s Panorail. It is the one-of-its-kind air-conditioned monorail available in this region ferrying visitors to view the awesome Park without hassle.  Lory Loft, which covers 3,000 sq.m and stands 9 storeys high, is the world’s largest walk-in Lory Flight Aviary and houses over 1,000 free-flying lories.  Amid this tropical northern Australian rainforest vale, experience the fun-filled interactions with these vivacious lories by offering them the specially concocted nectar-mix, and watch how these colourful lories flock to you!

10.30-10.45am                        Penguin Feeding (10.30am)

Stop by the Penguin Expedition whereby you will be treated to a panoramic view of more than 200 penguins “flying” underwater. The five species on exhibit are the Humboldt, Rockhopper, Macaroni, Fairy and King Penguin.  Can you identify the different species?

 11.00-11.30am                        Birds n Buddies Show at the Pools Amphitheatre

                                                This show boasts the most spectacular and the widest variety of performing birds in a single act. Be entertained by the antics of colourful costume characters and be amazed by the natural behaviour of the birds. A lucky few can even interact with the birds! 

 11.30- 11.45am                       Enter into the World of Darkness, Asia’s first nocturnal bird house that features a system of reverse lighting, converting day to night and vice-versa. On display are 60 birds from 17 species, like the Night Herons and Snowy Owls. It is akin to a quiet nocturnal walk along a starlit jungle path, observing birds in their natural habitat.

 11.45-12.00pm                       Proceed to the African Wetlands - the exhibit that has won the ASEANTA Award in 2007, showcasing how nature, the birds and men co-exist in this one world! Look for the unique bird species such as Shoebills, the Saddle-billed storks, the African Pelicans and more.

 12.00- 12.30pm                      Hop back to the Panorail, sit back and relax as you enter the Waterfall Aviary. It is the world’s only monorail that runs through an aviary, how fascinating! The Waterfall Aviary is the world’s largest walk-in aviary with more than 1,500 free flying birds from over 60 species. Now, get your camera ready and pose for a breath-taking picture with the tallest man-made waterfall in the world in its tropical rainforest settin
