Pick up service / Pick-up time

Complimentary pick-up service is provided from major hotels to our assembly point for tours at 09:00hrs, 11:00hrs, 13:00hrs.

As pick-up begins 30 minutes before the sightseeing commences, your actual pick-up time may not be the same as the stated pick-up time. It depends on the location of your hotel and the traffic conditions.

However, guests are requested to wait at the designated pick-up point 5 minutes before the stated pick-up time.

Please be at the pier/boarding point 15 minutes before embarkation time.

Sightseeing Sticker

Kindly wear your sightseeing stickers at all times for identification purposes.

Number of Passengers

All sightseeing will operate with a minimum of 6 passengers (unless specified) and they are conducted in English by our Funbassadors or Guides.

Sightseeing Routes

Sightseeing routes may change subject to weather and traffic conditions.

Lost Articles

Guests are advised to check their seats before alighting from the coach to ensure that no belongings are left behind as the company will not be held responsible for any lost articles.

Liability

Although we will exercise every safety precaution, the company will not be held responsible for any personal injury or mishap that may occur during the duration of the trail.

Sightseeing Tickets

All sightseeing tickets sold and issued are non-refundable.
