All bookings made, no cancellation or change of tour date is allowed.
An E-Ticket with confirmation number will be issued to you upon successful booking. Please present your E-Ticket to exchange the attraction ticket from our collection point (1) Tourist Hub #01-05 @ Singapore Flyer OR Tourist Hub @ Esplanade Xchange #B1-05 (Esplanade MRT Station) to exchange for Entrance Tickets. Do not lose your E-Ticket. Contact City Tours at (+65) 6738 3338 / 6738 9897 minimum (01) day in advance to inform our Customer Service Staff of your preferred collection point.
The E-Ticket has an expiry date indicated, please check your E-Ticket on the exact expiry date.
For purchases of 30 tickets and above, please email enquiry@citytours.sg for a special rate.
Tickets purchased are not subjected to refund.
Passenger’s name filled in the booking form must be the travelling party and same as per passenger’s passports.
Email address must be correctly provided. You agree to accept email as a means of comminication and delivery of confirmation vouchers and confirmation of your booking. In doing so, you agree not to hold City Tours liable for any non-receipt of confirmation voucher or email confirmation.
